Restaurant Manager / Assistant Restaurant Manager – Popeyes Responsible for the overall management of restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of product quality, customer service, cleanliness and food safety while achieving sales and profitability targets. Key Responsibilities * Manage overall restaurant operations and team performance. * Achieve sales and profitability targets. * Maintain product quality, service and cleanliness standards. * Ensure health, safety and food-safety compliance. * Develop and implement operational improvement plans. * Maintain excellent guest satisfaction and staff engagement. * Lead, motivate and develop the restaurant team. Requirements * Age between 25–40 years. * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager/Outlet Manager. * Experience in an international fast-food, restaurant or reputed supermarket chain. * Fluent in English. * Strong leadership, interpersonal and teamwork skills. * Dynamic, innovative and able to work effectively under pressure.
Requirements
