Job Description – Field Recovery Officer (Gampaha District) Company: Central Recoveries Position: Field Recovery Officer / Loan Recovery Officer Industry: Banking & Financial Services / Debt Recovery 📍 Location: Gampaha District, Sri Lanka 💼 Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary Central Recoveries is looking for motivated, responsible, and experienced Field Recovery Officers to join our growing team in the Gampaha District. Our organization provides professional loan recovery services to banks and financial institutions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, previous fieldwork experience, and the ability to manage customer relationships professionally. Key Responsibilities * Conduct field visits to customers regarding outstanding loan payments. * Follow up on overdue payments and repayment arrangements. * Communicate professionally with customers regarding loan recovery matters. * Maintain accurate records of customer visits and payment follow-ups. * Coordinate with the recovery team to achieve assigned collection targets. * Negotiate suitable repayment arrangements in accordance with company policies. * Maintain positive and professional customer relationships. * Complete assigned field recovery activities efficiently. Candidate Requirements * Age: Between 25–60 years. * Must own a motorcycle. * Minimum 1 year of experience in a field-based job. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Good negotiation and customer-handling abilities. * Ability to work independently and manage field visits. * Responsible, trustworthy, and self-motivated personality. * Willingness to travel within the Gampaha District.
