The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, previous fieldwork experience, and the ability to handle customers professionally. Key Responsibilities * Visit customers to follow up on outstanding loan payments. * Communicate with customers regarding overdue payments. * Negotiate suitable repayment arrangements in accordance with company policies. * Maintain accurate records of customer visits and payment follow-ups. * Coordinate with the recovery team to achieve collection targets. * Maintain professional relationships with customers and financial institutions. * Carry out field recovery activities ethically and professionally. Candidate Requirements * Age: 25–55 years. * Valid motorcycle riding licence is mandatory. * Minimum 2 years of experience in a field-based job. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and manage field visits. * Good negotiation and problem-solving skills. * Responsible, trustworthy, and target-oriented personality.
