Field Officer (Loan Recovery) Position: Field Officer ā Loan Recovery / Debt Collection Industry: Banking & Financial Services Location: Rajagiriya, Sri Lanka Age Requirement: 25ā55 Years Experience: Minimum 2 Years Job Summary We are a professional debt recovery service provider offering loan recovery and collection services to banks and financial institutions. We are looking for experienced, responsible and motivated Field Officers to join our team. The ideal candidates should have previous fieldwork experience, excellent communication skills and the ability to handle loan recovery activities professionally. Key Responsibilities * Conduct field visits to customers regarding outstanding loan payments. * Follow up with customers to recover overdue payments. * Communicate professionally with borrowers regarding outstanding balances. * Negotiate suitable repayment arrangements within company guidelines. * Maintain accurate records of customer visits and payment follow-ups. * Coordinate with banks and financial institutions regarding recovery activities. * Prepare and submit daily field visit and collection reports. * Maintain professional relationships with customers. * Achieve assigned loan recovery and collection targets. * Follow company policies, confidentiality requirements and applicable debt collection regulations. Candidate Requirements * Age between 25 and 55 years. * Valid motorcycle riding licence is mandatory. * Minimum 2 years of experience in a field-based job. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. * Responsible, hardworking and self-motivated personality. * Ability to work independently and manage field activities. * Good time-management and organizational skills. * Previous experience in loan recovery, debt collection or financial services would be an advantage.
