Job description

Recovery Officer – Job Description * Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments and overdue accounts. * Visit assigned customers/locations to facilitate payment recovery. * Communicate professionally with customers regarding payment arrangements. * Maintain accurate records of collections, payments, and customer follow-ups. * Achieve assigned recovery and collection targets. * Submit regular updates and reports on recovery activities. * Travel within assigned areas as required for field duties. * Maintain professional customer relationships while carrying out recovery activities.
