Duties/Responsibilities *Provide leadership and ensure efficient and effective management of Recovery department. *Attend in Courts and other Tribunals on behalf of the company. *Oversee customer outstanding list, return cheques and collection process. *Issue collection notice for credit sales that are past due dates. *Correspond for any customer payment disputes through system. *Make independent decisions, including follow up on payment commitments. *Make recommendations to management on agreement relating to necessary repayment schedules. *Systematically record all daily collection activities. *Formulate collection strategies to ensure timely customer repayments. *Provide timely response to all customer inquiries. Requirements *Degree/ Diploma from a recognized Universities/ Institute. *Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position in reputed organization. *Strong personality with professionalism. *Good communication skills and good knowledge in English & Sinhala languages. *A self-motivated, Energetic & a passionate team player. *Ability to adjust to multiple demands at work and work independently with minimum supervision. *Previous experience in forces will be an added advantage. *Colombo suburbs preferred. Requirements

• Degree/ Diploma from a recognized Universities/ Institute
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position in reputed organization
• Strong personality with professionalism
• Good communication skills and good knowledge in English & Sinhala languages
• A self-motivated, Energetic & a passionate team player
• Ability to adjust to multiple demands at work and work independently with minimum supervision
