Job description
The Quantity Surveyor is responsible for managing project costs, estimates, quantities, and financial documentation to ensure construction projects are completed within the approved budget. * Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and project quotations. * Prepare payment certificates, variations, and material cost estimates. * Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings. * Monitor project costs and assist with budget control. * Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, architects, and site teams. * Use Excel, AutoCAD, and relevant Quantity Surveying software. * Visit and monitor construction sites when required. * Maintain accurate cost records and project documentation. * Assist with negotiations and resolve cost-related project issues. * Complete assigned work independently and meet project deadlines. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management with 1–3 years of relevant experience.
