Job description
The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing and controlling construction project costs, including preparing BOQs, quantity take-offs, quotations, cost estimates, payment certificates, and variations. The role involves reviewing architectural and structural drawings, monitoring material and project costs, and coordinating with clients, contractors, suppliers, architects, and site teams. Candidates should have a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field, with approximately 1–3 years of relevant experience. Good knowledge of Excel, AutoCAD, and Quantity Surveying software, along with strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills, is required.
