Luxe Cotton Collection Export (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead our Manufacturing & Production department in Rathmalana. This role is integral to ensuring product excellence and adherence to industry standards, directly impacting customer satisfaction and brand reputation. You will oversee the quality control processes, ensuring that our apparel products meet all regulatory and company benchmarks. As Quality Assurance Manager, you will establish and implement quality assurance protocols, conduct regular inspections, and lead continuous improvement initiatives within the production team. Collaborating closely with manufacturing staff, you will monitor production outputs to achieve consistent quality and identify any areas for enhancement. Your leadership will drive the team towards operational excellence and maintain compliance with both internal and external quality standards. You will report to senior management, providing detailed quality reports and insights into product performance, production efficiency, and quality-related challenges. Your role supports a culture of quality and accountability in a company dedicated to craftsmanship and innovation in the apparel industry. Candidates should be prepared to work onsite at our Rathmalana facility, contributing hands-on expertise to a motivated and skilled team of professionals.

Requirements

• Degree in Fashion & Design or Apparel Production
• Experience in Quality Assurance within apparel manufacturing (5)
• Strong knowledge of quality control standards and procedures in apparel industry (5)
• Proficiency in quality management systems and reporting tools (5)
• Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously (3)
