### Job Description The Purchasing Manager will be responsible for managing the company’s purchasing and procurement activities, ensuring the timely and cost-effective purchase of materials, products, equipment, and services. The role involves supplier management, price negotiation, purchase planning, order management, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers while ensuring quality and delivery requirements are met. ### Key Responsibilities * Manage daily purchasing and procurement activities. * Identify, evaluate, and select suitable suppliers. * Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery conditions. * Prepare and process purchase orders and quotations. * Monitor supplier performance, quality, and delivery schedules. * Maintain good relationships with suppliers and vendors. * Compare prices and obtain competitive quotations. * Coordinate with stores, finance, production, and other departments. * Monitor stock requirements and purchasing plans. * Ensure purchases meet required quality and specifications. * Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation. * Control purchasing costs and identify cost-saving opportunities. * Resolve supplier and purchasing-related issues. * Prepare purchasing reports for management. ### Requirements * Degree/Diploma in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or a related field. * Previous experience in purchasing or procurement management. * Strong negotiation and supplier management skills. * Good knowledge of purchasing procedures and documentation. * Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
