We are looking for an energetic, experienced and service-oriented individual to professionally manage the assigned property with the luxury apartments. Requirements • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Apartment Manager or in a similar role. • Diploma or other relevant professional qualification. • Knowledge of MEP-related work will be an added advantage. • Responsible for overseeing all operational and administrative activities of the apartment. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
