RN Constructions (Pvt) Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our construction and engineering projects in Colombo. As a Project Manager, you will oversee all phases of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget. You will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, manage resources, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to deliver quality real estate developments that meet our high standards. This role demands strategic planning, risk management, and leadership to drive project success. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining project objectives, developing detailed plans, and monitoring progress to achieve key milestones. You will ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards while fostering collaboration across departments. Working in a dynamic office environment, you will report progress regularly and resolve any issues that arise to safeguard project deliverables.
