### Job Description The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing construction projects from start to completion. The role involves managing project schedules, budgets, contractors, site activities, quality, safety, and resources while ensuring projects are delivered on time and according to required standards. ### Key Responsibilities * Plan and manage construction projects from initiation to completion. * Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. * Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams. * Monitor daily construction progress and project milestones. * Ensure work meets required quality and construction standards. * Monitor project costs and control unnecessary expenses. * Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements. * Identify and resolve construction and operational issues. * Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and clients. * Review project drawings, specifications, and documentation. * Monitor material requirements and delivery schedules. * Prepare progress reports and provide updates to management. * Ensure projects are completed within agreed time, cost, and quality requirements. ### Requirements * Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. * Proven experience in construction project management. * Strong knowledge of construction processes and project planning. * Good leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to manage multiple tasks, teams, budgets, and deadlines.
