RN Constructions (Pvt) Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Building & Construction department at our Battaramulla office. In this full-time, in-office role, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects, ensuring they meet all quality, safety, and timeline standards. Your expertise will help drive the successful completion of our developments, contributing directly to our commitment to innovative and sustainable construction solutions. As Project Manager, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee project budgets, and manage stakeholder communications. You will be responsible for risk management, resource allocation, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Working within a collaborative environment of 51-100 professionals, your leadership will be essential in meeting our clients' expectations and enhancing the company’s reputation in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Civil Engineering and possess strong project management skills developed over a minimum of six years of relevant experience. You should be adept at problem solving and decision making in a fast-paced construction environment.
