RN Constructions (Pvt) Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our Engineering department at our Battaramulla, Colombo office. In this role, you will lead and manage construction projects from initiation through completion, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will oversee budgets, schedules, risk management, and adherence to regulatory standards to achieve successful project outcomes. You will be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders including architects, contractors, and suppliers to maintain effective communication and drive project progress. Your leadership will be vital in fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment both on-site and in the office. This position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making within the construction and real estate sector. Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or NVAQ
• Project Management experience in construction or real estate (8)
