Outlet Manager (Supermarket) Company: Glomark ā Softlogic Group Position: Outlet Manager Industry: Supermarket / Retail Location: Colombo 14, Sri Lanka Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: Previous Supermarket Experience Required Job Summary Glomark is looking for an experienced, responsible and results-driven Outlet Manager to join its supermarket team in Colombo 14. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities, retail management experience and excellent customer service skills to ensure smooth daily supermarket operations and achieve business targets. Key Responsibilities * Manage and supervise daily supermarket operations. * Lead, motivate and develop the outlet team. * Monitor sales performance and achieve monthly targets. * Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction. * Supervise cashier operations, merchandising and store activities. * Monitor stock availability, inventory levels and product displays. * Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments when required. * Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues. * Maintain store cleanliness, safety and operational standards. * Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. * Monitor employee performance and improve team productivity. * Prepare daily operational and sales reports. Candidate Requirements * Previous experience in supermarket operations is required. * Experience in a supervisory or managerial position will be an added advantage. * Strong leadership and team-management skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. * Good knowledge of retail operations and inventory management. * Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. * Customer-focused and results-oriented personality. * Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. * Good organizational and time-management skills. * Ability to motivate employees and achieve sales targets. * Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
