We are looking for a responsible, energetic and motivated Office Supervisor to join our team in Boralesgamuwa. No previous work experience is required. Candidates should have good communication skills, organizational abilities and a willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate daily office operations. * Assist with general administrative activities and documentation. * Monitor daily office tasks and ensure smooth workflow. * Coordinate with employees, customers and management. * Maintain accurate office records and reports. * Handle customer inquiries and provide necessary assistance. * Support sales and operational teams when required. * Assist with deliveries, collections and other assigned duties. * Ensure office procedures are followed properly. * Complete assigned tasks efficiently and on time. Candidate Requirements * Male candidates below 28 years of age. * G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) qualification is mandatory. * Valid motorcycle riding licence is required. * No previous work experience required. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Basic computer knowledge will be an advantage. * Good organizational and time-management skills. * Responsible, punctual and hardworking personality. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Willingness to learn and develop professional skills.
