Job Description – Night Supervisor The Night Supervisor is responsible for overseeing night-shift operations, supervising the team, and ensuring production and operational activities are completed efficiently according to company standards. * Supervise and coordinate employees during the night shift. * Assign duties and monitor staff performance and productivity. * Ensure bakery/food production or manufacturing activities run smoothly. * Maintain required quality, hygiene, safety, and operational standards. * Monitor attendance, workflow, and completion of assigned tasks. * Handle operational issues and report significant matters to management. * Maintain discipline and provide leadership and guidance to team members. * Prepare necessary shift records and reports. * Work 12-hour night shifts, including applicable overtime. Requirements: Age 18–45 with at least 2 years of Supervisor experience in Bakery, Food Production, or Manufacturing. Strong leadership and team-management skills are required. Requirements
