Mobile Phone Technician Company: Chinthana GSM Position: Mobile Phone Technician Industry: Mobile Phone Sales & Repairs Location: Maharagama Age: 18 Years & Above Salary: Rs. 80,000+ Job Summary Chinthana GSM is looking for an experienced and skilled Mobile Phone Technician to join its repair team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in mobile phone software and hardware repairs, with the ability to diagnose faults and perform professional repairs efficiently. Key Responsibilities * Diagnose and repair mobile phone hardware and software issues. * Perform software upgrades and troubleshooting. * Carry out authorized device unlocking and software-related servicing. * Perform glass replacements and other component-level repairs. * Carry out IC replacement and IC-level repairs. * Diagnose motherboard and other hardware-related faults. * Repair and replace damaged mobile phone components. * Perform testing after repairs to ensure devices function correctly. * Handle customer devices carefully and maintain proper repair records. * Maintain tools, equipment, and the repair workspace appropriately. * Coordinate with the customer-service team regarding repair progress. * Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. Requirements * Applicants must be 18 years or older. * Previous experience as a Mobile Phone Technician is required. * Strong knowledge of mobile phone hardware and software troubleshooting. * Experience with glass and component replacement. * Ability to perform IC-level repairs will be a significant advantage. * Knowledge and practical experience in iPhone repairs will be an added advantage. * Good fault-diagnosis and problem-solving abilities. * Responsible and careful when handling customer devices. * Candidates from outstation areas are also encouraged to apply.
