Key Responsibilities * Promote the company’s microfinance products and financial services. * Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities. * Conduct field visits and meet prospective clients. * Explain financial products, loan facilities and application procedures to customers. * Build and maintain strong customer relationships. * Assist customers with loan inquiries and application documentation. * Support customer acquisition and business development activities. * Follow up with customers regarding financial service inquiries. * Work towards achieving assigned marketing and sales targets. * Maintain accurate customer information and marketing records. * Prepare basic marketing reports using MS Office applications. * Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service. * Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities. * Ensure professional and ethical customer interactions. Candidate Requirements * Must have passed G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L) or Advanced Level (A/L). * Valid driving licence is mandatory. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. * Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities. * Positive attitude and willingness to learn. * Good organizational and time-management skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Self-motivated and target-oriented personality. * Good problem-solving and negotiation skills. * Responsible, punctual and hardworking attitude. * Candidates residing in Colombo or surrounding suburbs are preferred. * Previous experience in microfinance, financial services or marketing will be an added advantage.
