Job Description – Marketing Officer Position: Marketing Officer Location: Avissawella, Sri Lanka Employment Type: Full-Time Age Requirement: 20–40 Years Salary: LKR 50,000 – 60,000 (Negotiable) Job Summary We are looking for an energetic, motivated and target-driven Marketing Officer to join our team in Avissawella. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude and the ability to develop customer relationships while supporting the company’s sales and marketing activities. Key Responsibilities * Promote company products and services to potential customers. * Conduct field marketing activities and customer visits. * Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads. * Build and maintain strong customer relationships. * Support promotional campaigns and marketing activities. * Follow up on customer inquiries and potential sales opportunities. * Work towards achieving monthly sales and marketing targets. * Maintain accurate customer records and marketing reports. * Coordinate with the sales team to improve business performance. Candidate Requirements * Age between 20 and 40 years. * G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) qualification is required. * Valid motorcycle riding licence is mandatory. * Must reside in the Avissawella area. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities. * Positive attitude and willingness to learn. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Self-motivated, responsible and hardworking personality. * Willingness to participate in field marketing activities.
