💼 POSITION: Marketing Executive Location: Wellampitiya, Colombo 09 Industry: Tea Export / Sales & Marketing Employment Type: Full-Time A well-established Tea Export Company located in Wellampitiya, Colombo 09, is seeking two motivated and results-oriented Marketing Executives for immediate recruitment. The successful candidates will support the company’s sales and marketing activities, develop customer relationships, and contribute to business growth. 💠 REQUIREMENTS | CANDIDATE PROFILE * Good educational background. * Good communication skills with a manageable command of English. * Marketing or Sales-related qualifications will be an added advantage. * Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales or Marketing, preferably in product sales. * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Customer-focused and target-oriented approach. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Willingness to meet customers and support field sales activities when required. 💠 RESPONSIBILITIES | JOB PROFILE * Promote and market the company’s tea products to potential and existing customers. * Identify new customers, markets, and business opportunities. * Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers. * Conduct regular customer follow-ups and respond to sales inquiries. * Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall company growth. * Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and other relevant documentation. * Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer service. * Gather customer feedback and provide information on market trends and competitor activities. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups. * Represent the company professionally during customer meetings and business activities. ✅ SALARY & BENEFITS * Basic Salary: LKR 50,000 * Bike Allowance: LKR 15,000 * Fuel allowance * Phone allowance * Attractive sales commission * Lunch provided when working in the office * LKR 500 lunch allowance when working outside the office Working Days: Monday to Friday Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM 📩 HOW TO APPLY Interested candidates may send their CV to cplanka@outlook.com.
