RN Constructions (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a knowledgeable Manager for our Electric and Plumbing department based in Battaramulla, Colombo. This full-time, in-office role offers an opportunity to lead critical engineering functions within our reputable construction and real estate company. The Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and quality control of all electrical and plumbing aspects in our development projects, ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards. In this role, you will coordinate with engineering teams and subcontractors to manage resource allocation, progress tracking, and problem-solving on site. You will play a key role in maintaining our commitment to innovation and sustainability by enforcing best practices and continuous improvement initiatives. Success will be measured by timely completion of projects, adherence to budgets, and high-quality workmanship. You will join a collaborative environment of 51-100 professionals, contributing your expertise to support our mission of delivering safe and innovative construction solutions. Requirements

• NVQ or Diploma in Engineering
• Experience in electrical systems management (4)
