Key Responsibilities * Assist experienced technicians with daily technical activities. * Learn basic repair, maintenance and servicing procedures. * Support equipment inspections and troubleshooting activities. * Assist with assembling, installing and maintaining equipment. * Maintain tools, equipment and work areas properly. * Follow workplace safety procedures and company guidelines. * Support daily workshop and showroom operations. * Complete assigned tasks under the supervision of senior technicians. * Develop practical technical skills through hands-on training. Candidate Requirements * Must have passed the G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L) examination. * Candidates residing near Horana will be given preference. * Interest in technical work and practical training. * Positive attitude and willingness to learn. * Responsible, punctual and hardworking personality. * Good communication and teamwork skills. * Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures. * Willingness to develop technical and professional skills.
