𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 : | # 💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄 : ✪ Laundry Supervisor: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in the laundry industry. ✪ Comprehensive knowledge of dry cleaning, washing, stain removal, pressing, packing, and laundry operations. ✪ Strong understanding of laundry chemicals and their proper usage. ✪ Ability to identify different types of linen and categorize them accordingly. ✪ Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills. ✪ Responsible individual with excellent work ethics and the ability to manage daily workloads efficiently. 💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 : | # 💠 𝐉𝐎𝐁 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄 : ✪ Laundry Supervisor: ✪ Conduct quality checks on all pressed uniforms and linen before delivery. ✪ Sort and group linen according to their category and treatment requirements. ✪ Train and guide new employees on company procedures and quality standards. ✪ Manage and oversee day-to-day laundry plant operations. ✪ Ensure operational continuity by filling in staff positions when required and covering operational gaps. ✪ Inspect linen for damages and notify customers before processing when necessary. ✪ Inspect linen after washing and carry out appropriate stain removal procedures when required. ✪ Ensure all company safety and risk management policies and procedures are strictly followed. ✪ Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management. Salary: Rs. 80,000 – 100,000/= (Depending on experience and expertise) Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Saturday. Type: On-site supervisory role at a commercial laundry plant.
