Key Responsibilities * Prepare and serve coffee, tea and other beverages. * Operate coffee machines and other café equipment. * Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service. * Take customer orders and assist with payments. * Maintain high standards of beverage quality and presentation. * Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the café. * Follow food safety and sanitation procedures. * Maintain coffee supplies and organize the workstation. * Work effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations. * Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service. Candidate Requirements * Previous Barista experience will be an added advantage. * Passion for coffee and customer service. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong teamwork abilities. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. * Good personal hygiene and cleanliness. * Friendly and customer-focused personality. * Positive attitude and willingness to learn. * Responsible, punctual and hardworking. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
