Job Description The IT Executive will be responsible for supporting the company’s day-to-day IT operations, maintaining computer systems and networks, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing IT support to employees. The role requires good technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to ensure reliable and secure IT operations. Key Responsibilities * Provide daily IT support to employees and users. * Install, configure, and maintain computers and software. * Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues. * Monitor and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity. * Support printers, scanners, and other IT equipment. * Maintain IT assets, systems, and technical records. * Assist with network security, backups, and system updates. * Manage user accounts, access permissions, and IT resources. * Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers. * Support IT projects and system improvements. * Ensure IT systems operate efficiently and securely. Requirements * Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or a related field. * Good knowledge of computer systems and networking. * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. * Good communication and teamwork skills.
