💠 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Manage and monitor the company’s overall inventory operations. * Maintain accurate records of stock received, issued, transferred, returned, and sold. * Coordinate stock transfers between the warehouse, showrooms, and other locations. * Ensure barcodes, product codes, stock labels, and related inventory documentation are properly maintained. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management review. * Coordinate closely with Showroom Managers, Warehouse, Finance, Sales, and Marketing teams on stock-related matters. * Support monthly and annual stock counts as well as internal and external audits. * Ensure all stock movements are properly authorised, recorded, and supported by relevant documentation. * Identify inventory risks and recommend appropriate corrective actions. * Ensure company inventory policies and procedures are consistently followed. * Carry out additional inventory-related duties assigned by management. 💠 REQUIREMENTS & CANDIDATE PROFILE * Previous experience in inventory control, stock management, warehouse operations, or retail inventory. * Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. * Good knowledge of stock reconciliation and inventory control procedures. * Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory-related systems. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Good organisational, reporting, and time-management skills. * Ability to investigate discrepancies and maintain proper documentation. * Strong communication and coordination skills. * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. * Experience in retail, jewellery, luxury goods, or multi-location operations will be an added advantage. ✅ WHAT WE OFFER * Attractive remuneration package. * Performance-based incentives for suitable candidates. * Career growth and professional development opportunities. * Exposure to inventory planning and retail operations. * Professional and supportive working environment. * Opportunity to contribute directly to operational efficiency and stock accuracy. 📩 HOW TO APPLY Interested candidates are invited to submit their updated CV with a valid contact number. 📧 Email: admin@touchofgoldjewelry.com 📍 Location: Touch of Gold Head Office, Colombo 03 ✨ Join Touch of Gold and take the next step in your inventory management career.
