Inventory Control Executive Company: Chinthana GSM (PVT) Ltd Position: Inventory Control Executive – Male Industry: Mobile Phone Sales & Repairs Location: Maharagama Age: 22–45 Years Experience: Minimum 2 Years Job Summary Chinthana GSM (PVT) Ltd, a leading mobile phone sales and repair company in Sri Lanka, is looking for an experienced and responsible Inventory Control Executive to join its team in Maharagama. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, preparing inventory-related documents, handling purchase orders, and ensuring mobile phone stocks are properly controlled and maintained. Key Responsibilities * Maintain accurate daily stock records and inventory information. * Prepare Material Transfer Notes (MTN). * Prepare Material Return Notes (MRN). * Prepare Goods Received Notes (GRN) and other inventory-related documentation. * Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO). * Assist with purchasing and receiving mobile phone stocks. * Monitor stock movements, including incoming, outgoing, transferred, and returned items. * Ensure physical stock quantities match system records. * Conduct regular stock checks and assist with stock counts. * Maintain mobile phone inventory in a systematic and accurate manner. * Identify and report stock discrepancies to management. * Maintain proper documentation for all stock transactions. * Coordinate with purchasing, sales, stores, and other relevant departments. * Ensure inventory records are updated accurately and on time. * Support management with inventory reports when required. Requirements * Male applicants only. * Age between 22–45 years. * Successfully completed G.C.E. O/L. * Minimum 2 years of relevant experience. * Good knowledge of inventory and stock-control procedures. * Basic knowledge of the English language. * Good computer literacy. * Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation. * Good numerical and organizational skills. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently. * Candidates residing in or around Maharagama will be preferred.
