Inventory Control Executive Company: Chinthana GSM (Pvt) Ltd Position: Inventory Control Executive Location: No. 101/A, High Level Road, Maharagama Gender: Male Age: 22–45 Years Job Summary Chinthana GSM (Pvt) Ltd, one of Sri Lanka’s leading mobile phone sales and repair companies, is seeking an experienced and responsible Inventory Control Executive to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, preparing inventory documentation, coordinating purchases, and ensuring mobile phone inventory is properly controlled and maintained. Key Responsibilities * Maintain accurate daily inventory and stock records. * Prepare Material Transfer Notes (MTN), Material Return Notes (MRN), Goods Received Notes (GRN), and other inventory-related documents. * Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO). * Coordinate the purchasing of mobile phone stocks according to business requirements. * Monitor incoming and outgoing stock movements. * Ensure mobile phone inventory is properly recorded, organized, and maintained. * Conduct regular stock checks and identify any inventory discrepancies. * Maintain accurate documentation for stock transfers, returns, and received goods. * Update inventory information using computerized systems. * Coordinate with relevant departments regarding stock requirements and availability. * Assist management with inventory reports and stock-related information. * Ensure proper inventory control procedures are followed at all times. Qualifications & Requirements * G.C.E. O/L qualification or equivalent. * Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in inventory, stores, or stock control. * Good knowledge of English. * Good computer literacy. * Strong numerical and record-keeping skills. * Good organizational and time-management abilities. * High attention to detail and accuracy. * Ability to work responsibly and independently. * Male candidates aged 22–45 years. * Candidates residing in or around Maharagama will be given preference.
