International Sales Coordinator

Job description

Key Responsibilities * Coordinate daily sales activities and support the sales team. * Handle customer inquiries through phone, email and other communication channels. * Provide accurate information about company products and services. * Assist with customer orders and sales-related documentation. * Maintain accurate customer records and sales information. * Follow up with customers regarding inquiries and pending orders. * Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations. * Support the achievement of monthly sales targets. * Prepare basic sales reports and update computer records. * Build and maintain positive customer relationships. * Assist with customer communication and administrative activities. * Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction. Candidate Requirements * Good English communication skills are required. * Basic computer knowledge and computer operating skills. * Knowledge of additional languages will be an added advantage. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong organizational and coordination abilities. * Friendly and customer-focused personality. * Positive attitude and willingness to learn. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Good time-management and problem-solving skills. * Responsible, punctual and hardworking personality. * Previous experience in sales coordination or a similar role will be an advantage. * Candidates without previous experience are also welcome to apply.
