Human Resource Manager

Job description

We are looking for an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to manage and develop the company's human resources functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR policies, and overall workforce management. Key Responsibilities Manage the overall HR operations of the organization. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes. Prepare job descriptions and coordinate recruitment activities. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. Manage employee attendance, leave, and HR-related matters. Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues. Coordinate performance appraisals and employee development programs. Identify training and development requirements. Support payroll and employee benefits administration. Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies. Prepare HR reports and provide HR information to management. Support workforce planning and employee retention strategies. Promote a positive and professional workplace culture. Requirements Degree/Diploma or professional qualification in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field. Previous experience in an HR Manager or similar HR management position. Good knowledge of recruitment and employee management practices. Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures. Good communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally. Good computer and HR system skills. Added Advantage Experience with HRM/HRIS systems. Knowledge of payroll and labour law requirements. Experience in employee performance management. Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
