Food & Beverage Department – Hostess / Waiter Regent Negombo is seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals to join its Food & Beverage team as Hostess / Waiter. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering professional, friendly and efficient service while ensuring guests enjoy a welcoming and memorable dining experience. Key Responsibilities * Welcome and greet guests in a warm, professional and courteous manner. * Assist guests with seating arrangements and provide information about available food and beverage services. * Present menus, explain menu items and assist guests with their selections when required. * Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them efficiently to the kitchen and service teams. * Serve meals and beverages according to established hotel service standards. * Regularly attend to guests and respond promptly to requests, questions and special requirements. * Maintain cleanliness, organization and proper presentation of tables and dining areas. * Coordinate with kitchen, bar and other Food & Beverage team members to ensure smooth daily operations. * Handle guest concerns professionally and support the team in maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction. * Follow hotel hygiene, food safety, grooming and operational procedures at all times. * Assist with setting up and clearing tables before, during and after service. * Work effectively as part of the hospitality team and perform other duties assigned by supervisors or management. Requirements * Previous experience in a similar position; hotel industry experience is preferred. * Relevant knowledge and understanding of Food & Beverage operations. * Good communication, interpersonal and customer-service skills. * Professional appearance with a positive and friendly attitude. * Ability to work effectively as part of a team. * Willingness to work according to hotel operational requirements and schedules. Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar position; hotel industry experience is preferred
