Factory Helper Position: Helper Location: Kotugoda, Sri Lanka Age: 18–52 years Gender: Male / Female Experience: Trained & Untrained Candidates Welcome Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary A factory located in Kotugoda is seeking hardworking and reliable Helpers to support daily production and general factory operations. Both experienced and inexperienced candidates are encouraged to apply, as prior experience and educational qualifications are not required. Key Responsibilities * Assist with daily factory and production activities. * Support machine operators and production staff when required. * Assist with packing, sorting, loading, and handling products and materials. * Keep the assigned work area clean, safe, and organized. * Follow instructions provided by supervisors. * Help maintain smooth and efficient production operations. * Follow company safety and workplace procedures. * Perform other general factory duties as assigned. Requirements * Age: 18–52 years. * Male and female candidates can apply. * No educational qualifications required. * Trained and untrained applicants are welcome. * Previous factory or production experience is an advantage but not essential. * Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. * Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn. * Applicants from Ja-Ela, Ekala, Seeduwa, Kotugoda and Minuwangoda areas will be given preference.
