Hairdresser Company: Belle Kurls Wellness & Bridal Gallery Position: Male & Female Hairdressers Location: Battaramulla Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary Belle Kurls Wellness & Bridal Gallery is looking for talented and passionate Male and Female Hairdressers to join its professional beauty team. The ideal candidates should have strong hairstyling skills, excellent customer service abilities and a passion for creating exceptional client experiences. Key Responsibilities * Provide professional haircuts, colouring, treatments and styling services. * Consult with clients to understand their preferred styles and requirements. * Recommend suitable hairstyles, treatments and hair-care solutions. * Perform hair colouring and other professional salon treatments. * Assist with bridal hairstyling and special-event styling when required. * Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness. * Ensure salon tools and equipment are properly cleaned and maintained. * Provide friendly and professional customer service. * Keep updated with the latest hairstyling techniques and beauty trends. * Build positive relationships with clients and encourage repeat visits. Requirements * NVQ Level 4 or above – Mandatory. * Minimum 2 years of salon experience. * Skilled in hair cutting, colouring, treatments and styling. * Bridal hairstyling experience will be an added advantage. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Professional and customer-focused attitude. * Passion for the hair and beauty industry. * Willingness to learn and develop new skills. - NVQ Level 4 or above – Mandatory
