Manager – Tea Plantation Operations We are seeking an experienced Plantation Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our tea plantation in Nuwara Eliya. The role includes managing tea cultivation, plucking, field activities, labour, productivity, cost control, and overall estate operations while maintaining high-quality production standards. Qualifications: * Degree/Diploma in Plantation Management, Agriculture, or related field * Minimum 5 years’ experience in tea plantation operations * Good knowledge of tea cultivation, plucking, pruning, and field management * Strong knowledge of labour, cost, and productivity management * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
