Job Description The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the company’s financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and compliance with applicable financial and tax requirements. The role involves supporting management with financial analysis, controlling costs, and maintaining strong financial controls. Key Responsibilities * Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations. * Prepare monthly and annual financial reports. * Manage budgets, cash flow, and financial forecasts. * Monitor income, expenses, receivables, and payables. * Review accounting records and ensure accuracy. * Manage banking, payments, and cash management activities. * Coordinate tax, audit, and statutory compliance requirements. * Establish and monitor internal financial controls. * Analyse financial performance and provide management reports. * Support management in financial planning and decision-making. * Supervise finance and accounting staff. * Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax authorities, and other stakeholders. * Ensure proper maintenance of financial records and documentation. Requirements * Degree or ICASL / ACCA/CIMA professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. * Proven experience in finance or accounting management. * Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management. * Good analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills. * Knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel.
