Factory Supervisor

Job description

Alugreat Engineering is seeking a skilled and responsible Factory Supervisor to supervise daily factory operations and support the achievement of production targets. The successful candidate will oversee factory workers, monitor production activities, and ensure that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to required quality standards. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate daily factory operations. * Assign duties and monitor the performance of factory workers. * Ensure daily production targets and deadlines are achieved. * Monitor product quality throughout the production process. * Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are used efficiently. * Maintain a safe, clean, and organized working environment. * Ensure employees follow company procedures and safety regulations. * Identify production issues and report them to the Factory Manager. * Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, and other relevant teams. * Maintain basic production, attendance, and operational records. * Support inventory and material control activities. * Assist management in improving productivity and reducing waste.
