Job Description The Tea Factory Supervisor will be responsible for supervising daily tea processing and factory operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and workplace safety requirements are maintained. The role involves managing factory workers, monitoring machinery and production processes, controlling raw materials, and coordinating with management to ensure efficient and timely production. Key Responsibilities * Supervise daily tea factory production and processing activities. * Monitor tea processing stages and production targets. * Manage and allocate work to factory employees. * Ensure tea quality and production standards are maintained. * Monitor machinery, equipment, and factory operations. * Control the use and storage of raw materials. * Monitor worker attendance, performance, and productivity. * Coordinate with maintenance, stores, quality, and management teams. * Minimize production losses, wastage, and processing delays. * Ensure factory cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards. * Maintain production records and prepare daily reports. * Identify and resolve production and operational issues. * Ensure proper handling, storage, and packing of finished tea. * Train and guide workers on factory procedures and safety practices. Requirements * Previous experience in a tea factory, food processing, or manufacturing environment. * Good knowledge of tea processing and factory operations. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Good communication and problem-solving abilities. * Ability to work according to production targets and schedules.
