Factory Manager

Alugreat Engineering is seeking a responsible and experienced Factory Manager to oversee and coordinate daily factory operations. The Factory Manager will be responsible for ensuring production activities are completed efficiently, safely, on time, and according to required quality standards. The role involves supervising factory employees, planning and monitoring production activities, coordinating materials and resources, maintaining productivity, and ensuring machinery and equipment are properly utilized. The Factory Manager will work closely with the engineering and management teams to achieve production targets and resolve operational issues. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and supervise day-to-day factory operations. * Plan and coordinate production schedules and workflow. * Supervise factory workers and allocate duties effectively. * Monitor production targets, quality, and productivity. * Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available when required. * Maintain quality standards throughout the production process. * Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety procedures. * Monitor machinery and coordinate maintenance when necessary. * Maintain production, inventory, and operational records. * Identify production problems and implement suitable solutions. * Reduce material waste and improve operational efficiency. * Report production progress and operational issues to management.
