Job description
We are seeking an experienced and creative Executive Chef to lead our kitchen operations. Candidates should have 5+ years of relevant hotel/resort experience, strong leadership and menu-planning skills, knowledge of food safety and cost control, and relevant culinary qualifications. Excellent communication and team-management skills are essential.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management. (5)
- Strong knowledge of menu planning, food costing, and inventory management. (4)
