☀️ Solar Electrician – Solar PV Installation & Maintenance Position : Solar Electrician Employment Type : Full-Time Location : Nugegoda 🔧 Job Responsibilities : 🔹 Install, maintain, and troubleshoot solar PV systems. 🔹 Perform electrical wiring and connections for solar systems. 🔹 Install solar panels, inverters, batteries, DBs, isolators, and related equipment. 🔹 Conduct testing and commissioning of solar PV installations. 🔹 Identify and rectify electrical and system faults. 🔹 Carry out routine maintenance and inspection of solar systems. 🔹 Ensure all installations comply with electrical safety standards and company procedures. 🔹 Read and understand electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications. 🔹 Work effectively with the installation and technical team at project sites. 🔹 Maintain proper safety practices while working at heights and with electrical equipment. 🎓 Requirements 🔹 NVQ Level 3/4 or equivalent qualification in Electrical / Solar PV / Electrical Engineering. 🔹 Previous experience in electrical work or solar PV installation will be an advantage. 🔹 Knowledge of electrical wiring, protection systems, and basic troubleshooting. 🔹 Ability to use electrical testing equipment. 🔹 Ability to read basic electrical drawings. 🔹 Good understanding of workplace electrical safety. 🔹 Ability to work at project sites and travel when required. 🔹 Physically fit and willing to work outdoors. ⭐ Added Advantage 🔹 Experience in solar PV installation and maintenance. 🔹 Experience with on-grid/off-grid/hybrid solar systems. 🔹 Experience working with solar inverters and battery storage systems. 🔹 Valid driving licence will be an advantage. 💼 What We Offer 🔹 Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications. 🔹 Overtime and other applicable allowances. 🔹 Career growth opportunities. 🔹 Training and technical development opportunities. 🔹 Opportunity to work on renewable energy projects. 📩 How to Apply Interested candidates are invited to apply with their updated CV. Requirements

• NVQ Level 3/4 or equivalent qualification in Electrical / Solar PV / Electrical Engineering
