Kitchen Helper / Cashier / Rider Company: Jade Restaurant – LAUGFS Positions: Kitchen Helper, Cashier & Delivery Rider Industry: Hospitality & Restaurant Services Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary Jade Restaurant is looking for experienced, hardworking and motivated individuals to join its growing team. Vacancies are available for Kitchen Helpers, Cashiers and Delivery Riders. Ideal candidates should be responsible, customer-focused and committed to maintaining high standards of service. 1. Kitchen Helper Key Responsibilities * Assist chefs with food preparation and daily kitchen operations. * Prepare ingredients and support Chinese food preparation. * Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen. * Organize kitchen equipment, utensils and ingredients. * Follow food safety and quality standards. * Support kitchen staff during busy service hours. Requirements * Practical Cookery Certificate from a recognized hotel school. * Minimum 6 months of experience in a reputable Chinese kitchen or hotel kitchen. * Age: 18–30 years. * Good teamwork and time-management skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment. 2. Cashier Key Responsibilities * Handle customer payments accurately and efficiently. * Operate the POS system and process cash and electronic payments. * Issue receipts and maintain transaction records. * Assist customers with billing inquiries. * Maintain accurate daily cash records. * Provide friendly and professional customer service. * Keep the cashier counter clean and organized. Requirements * G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L) qualification. * Minimum C pass in Mathematics. * S passes in all other O/L subjects. * Age: 18–35 years. * Good numerical and communication skills. * Honest, responsible and customer-focused attitude. * Basic computer knowledge would be an advantage. 3. Delivery Rider Key Responsibilities * Deliver restaurant food orders safely and on time. * Ensure proper handling and transportation of food packages. * Verify delivery orders and customer details. * Maintain professional communication with customers. * Follow road safety regulations and company delivery procedures. * Maintain the assigned delivery vehicle in good condition. * Coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure efficient deliveries.
