Job Description – Data Entry Operator (GRN) & Sales Assistant (Female) Position: Data Entry Operator (GRN) / Sales Assistant Industry: Cosmetics & Accessories Retail Location: Wellawatte, Colombo 06 Employment Type: Full-Time Gender: Female Experience: Experienced & Inexperienced Candidates Welcome Job Summary We are looking for a responsible, energetic and detail-oriented Female Data Entry Operator (GRN) & Sales Assistant to join our premium cosmetics and accessories showroom in Colombo 06. The ideal candidate should have basic computer knowledge, good organizational skills and the ability to support daily stock management and showroom sales operations. Key Responsibilities * Enter and maintain accurate stock and inventory records. * Prepare and update Goods Received Notes (GRNs). * Handle data entry using MS Office applications. * Check incoming stock and maintain documentation. * Assist customers with product selection and purchases. * Support daily showroom sales operations. * Coordinate with the sales team to achieve targets. * Maintain accurate records and complete assigned tasks. Candidate Requirements * Female candidates. * Minimum G.C.E. O/L qualification. * Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and typing. * Basic English communication skills. * Previous data entry or retail experience is an advantage. * Good communication and organizational skills. * Responsible attitude and willingness to learn. * Ability to work flexible hours. * Candidates residing near Wellawatte are preferred. * Both experienced and inexperienced applicants are welcome.
