About the Role Sticks And Co is looking for an experienced and customer-oriented Crew Member to join our team at our Arcade Independence Square outlet in Colombo 07. We specialize in signature beverages, waffles, and pancakes. Shift Schedules Morning Shift: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM Evening Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:30 PM Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve café beverages, waffles, pancakes, and food items to brand standards. Deliver efficient, friendly customer service and assist guests with menu selections. Operate food preparation equipment and maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards. Assist in daily store operations, inventory management, and workstation setup. Requirements & Qualifications Education: Minimum G.C.E. O/L qualification. Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a café, F&B, or restaurant environment. Location: Candidates residing in or near Colombo are preferred. Attributes: Punctual, proactive, with strong communication skills and ability to handle shift work.
