Role Overview: ROOTS is looking for energetic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team at Colombo City Centre. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow professionally within a dynamic, fast-paced food and beverage environment. Key Responsibilities: * Assist with daily store operations and support team members in a fast-paced environment. * Prepare juices, smoothies, and other food and beverage items to standard recipes. * Maintain clean, organized, and hygienic workstations and customer areas. * Deliver friendly, prompt, and efficient customer service. * Handle stock management and cash registry operations responsibly. Requirements & Qualifications: * Strong team-working abilities and a positive, hardworking attitude. * Clear communication skills and strong personal integrity. * Punctual, dependable, and eager to learn and advance professionally with ROOTS. * Prior experience in the food and beverage sector is an added advantage. Benefits & Remuneration: * Remuneration: Salary ranging from Rs. 55,000 to Rs. 70,000 per month (special salary scales based on experience). * Leave: 6 off-days per month. * Employment Terms: Permanent position with internal career advancement opportunities. * Perks: Free duty meals (lunch provided during working hours) and complimentary uniforms.
