We're Hiring: Crew Member — Eatosh Location: Thalapathpitiya Nugegoda Type: Full-time Experience: None required — full training provided shift: Evening minimum Salary Rs. 45000/= Age below 35 years old Male About Eatosh Eatosh is a fusion food brand based in Colombo, known for original creations like the Filla, Chicken Glazers, and spice-blended burritos and quesadillas. We're a small, close-knit team — this is a hands-on role where you'll work directly with the founders and grow with the business. The Role This is a ground-floor opportunity for someone starting their career in food & hospitality. You'll begin with cooking and packaging, and as you grow with us, there's real potential to move into a mentorship/senior crew role as we expand. What You'll Do Assist with food preparation, cooking, and packaging to Eatosh's quality and hygiene standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen/cart environment Follow food safety and allergen protocols Work closely with the founders on day-to-day operations As you grow: help onboard and guide new crew members What We're Looking For No prior kitchen experience needed — we're looking for someone we can train from the ground up Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen setting Genuinely willing to learn and adapt quickly Ambitious — sees this as a starting point, not just a job Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player Comfortable working closely within a small, family-run business Good communication skills Living near Nugegoda is an added advantage What Eatosh Offers Hands-on training from scratch Real opportunity for advancement into a senior/mentorship role as we grow A close, supportive team environment To apply: Send a WhatsApp message to the given number
