Cosmetologist Company: Dr Skin Lab Position: Cosmetologist Location: Talawatugoda Salary: LKR 65,000–130,000 Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary Dr Skin Lab is seeking a skilled and passionate Cosmetologist to join its growing aesthetic and skincare clinic network. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of professional skin treatments, client consultation and aesthetic services while maintaining excellent standards of care and hygiene. Key Responsibilities * Perform professional skin and aesthetic treatments. * Conduct skin analysis and recommend appropriate treatments. * Provide facials and other cosmetology services according to professional standards. * Assist with advanced aesthetic treatments within the candidate’s training and authorized scope. * Explain treatment procedures and aftercare instructions clearly to clients. * Build strong and professional client relationships. * Maintain accurate client and treatment information. * Follow strict hygiene, sanitation and safety procedures. * Maintain a clean and professional treatment environment. * Deliver excellent customer service throughout the client experience. Requirements * Qualification in Cosmetology / Beauty Culture. * Previous experience in an aesthetic or skincare clinic is preferred. * Knowledge of facials and chemical peels is an advantage. * Familiarity with laser and PRP services is advantageous where appropriately trained and authorized. * Good consultation and communication skills. * Professional, well-groomed and customer-focused appearance. * Passion for skincare, beauty and aesthetic services.
