💼 𝐏𝐎𝐒𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 : Business Associate (Civil Engineer) Ocean Lanka (Pvt) Ltd 💠 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 | 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄 : 【~】✪ Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification. 【~】✪ Proven experience in construction, infrastructure or civil engineering projects. 【~】✪ More than 2 years of site experience will be an added advantage. 【~】✪ Proficiency in CAD software and relevant engineering tools. 【~】✪ Strong technical, problem-solving, communication and team coordination skills. 💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 | 𝐉𝐎𝐁 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄 : 【~】✪ Plan, design and oversee civil construction projects, including buildings and road infrastructure. 【~】✪ Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with engineering, safety and regulatory standards. 【~】✪ Coordinate with architects, contractors and internal teams to ensure timely project completion. 【~】✪ Prepare technical drawings, reports, estimates and project documentation. 【~】✪ Oversee building maintenance and steel fabrication activities. 【~】✪ Monitor project quality, progress and resource utilization. 【~】✪ Lead and coordinate site teams to achieve departmental and project objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent.
• Proven experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
• More than two years’ site experience will be considered as an added qualification.
• Proficiency in CAD software and engineering tools.
