Key Responsibilities *Manage inbound and outbound calls regarding credit facilities, payments, and general customer inquiries while maintaining professional and courteous communication. Responsibilities include reminding customers of outstanding balances, coordinating with internal departments to resolve issues, updating customer records, and generating daily call reports to track follow-up progress. Qualifications *G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification or equivalent. *Diploma/Certificate in Finance, Business Management, Customer Service, or a related field will be an added advantage. *Minimum 1 year of experience in a call centre, customer service, collections, or credit-related role. *Good communication skills in English and Sinhala/Tamil. *Ability to work with targets and handle customer interactions professionally.
